Located in southern Utah, Bryce is a truly unique place. Basically, it’s one huge amphitheater of hoodoos and buttes that extend up from below. The formations you see in the photo are caused by extreme cold temperatures and then stream erosion where water then caused more uniform structures to erode and break away into the jagged rocks you see now.
