NOLA Media Group had industry leading technology in audience targeting and we needed a way to convey that to advertisers. The tech behind audience targeting can seem complicated to some so the initial concept was to create something visually approachable that told the story of a consumer’s path to purchase. The campaign outlined different demographic groups to illustrate how NOLA Media Group could find customers relevant to advertisers without having to spend money reaching the masses. The campaign was overwhelmingly successful with attributable revenue generation from clients. Since we were selling ourselves as audience experts, I wanted to use our staff in the campaign as opposed to models or stock photography. As an added bonus, account executives used the campaign as a storytelling device to help them explain our capabilities to prospective clients.
